Copyright Policy

Version 1.0

Effective 13 October 2026

Ownership, permitted use and infringement reports.

1. Ownership and permitted use

Customers retain rights in their original uploads and business materials.

AutomationFlowLab and its licensors retain rights in the app, original site content, branding, documentation and templates.

Permitted use follows the Terms and applicable licences.

Project agreements determine ownership and licensing of commissioned deliverables, source code and reusable components.

2. Uploads and outputs

Upload or connect only materials you own or are authorised to use.

The limited processing licence in the Terms exists to deliver the requested service. It does not permit us or other users to publish confidential materials.

AI-generated or template-based outputs may include elements subject to third-party rights, and exclusive copyright protection is not guaranteed.

Materials provided for a professional-service engagement must also be lawfully available for the agreed work.

3. Reporting infringement

Send copyright reports to Automationflowlab.info@proton.me, with “Copyright report” as the subject.

Identify the copyrighted work, the material complained of, its URL or other location, your relationship to the rights holder and reliable contact details.

Explain why the use is unauthorised and provide supporting evidence.

Do not include unrelated confidential records.

4. Review and response

We may seek clarification, restrict disputed material while investigating and allow the affected user to respond where lawful.

You may submit evidence of ownership, permission or another lawful basis.

We may share relevant parts of a complaint with the affected user where necessary, subject to privacy safeguards.

Removal is not a determination by a court of ownership or infringement.

Knowingly false or abusive complaints are prohibited. Repeated substantiated infringement may result in suspension.

This reporting procedure does not claim a statutory safe harbour, registered DMCA agent or other status that has not been established.
