Community Standards and Acceptable Use
Version 1.0
Effective 13 October 2026
Responsible conduct in tools, professional-service engagements, support and any shared spaces.
1. Scope and professional conduct
These standards apply to app activity, professional-service engagements, support interactions and any shared workspaces, feedback areas or community features we make available.
You must treat other users, clients and staff respectfully.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, doxxing, impersonation and organised targeting are prohibited.
Legitimate criticism and factual complaints are permitted.
2. Lawful business use
Use the app and services only for activities you are authorised to carry out.
Do not forge approvals, manipulate business evidence, falsify certificates or records, commit fraud or help others evade legal requirements.
Do not use workflows or professional services for unlawful surveillance, exploitation or discriminatory treatment.
3. Data and workspace boundaries
Do not disclose another person’s information, confidential business records, credentials or intellectual property without lawful authority.
Access only workspaces and source systems for which you have permission.
Public comments and screenshots must not expose client or employee information.
Access granted for a professional project must remain within the agreed scope and permissions.
4. Automation, messaging and integrations
Do not send spam, phishing messages or unlawful marketing.
Respect consent, unsubscribe requests, recipient permissions and provider limits.
Do not scrape restricted systems or bypass access controls.
Test message flows before sending them and avoid repeated or duplicate communications.
5. Security and fair use
Malware, destructive payloads, exploitation of vulnerabilities, unauthorised testing and deliberate overloading are prohibited.
Do not create multiple accounts to bypass limits.
Security research requires prior written authorisation defining scope. Reporting a suspected issue does not itself authorise testing.
6. Reports and enforcement
Report abuse to Automationflowlab.info@proton.me with relevant identifiers, dates and redacted evidence.
We may remove offending material, restrict a feature, suspend access or contact appropriate authorities where legally justified.
We assess seriousness, risk and repeated behaviour. Urgent protection may require immediate action.
Where lawful and practical, we explain material enforcement decisions.
You may request review through the same email and provide relevant context. We will consider the request without requiring you to post publicly or disclose unnecessary private information.
Actions affecting a separately contracted professional engagement remain subject to the relevant service agreement and applicable law.
